HELPFUL MATCH MAKING: This business is founded off matchmaking. Having a nanny is a personal and intimate part of your household and its necessary to get that “match made in heaven”. Will she respect your role as a parent? Does she share your personal philosophies? Is she the right role model for your children? These all go past just finding a resume that glows on paper. Someone can be an amazing nanny for one family and not fit for the next – its all about thoughtful matchmaking and we are expects at finding you, “the one!”
ETHICAL AND HONORABLE: We are married to ethical business practices and behavior that honor and uplifts our community. To put it in short, we will never put profit before our clients absolute best interest. What does this mean for you? We will never rush a placement to the family determent. We prefer to take a bit longer, if needed, to find you that wonderful match you’ve been dreaming of. Meet Our Founder
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER:
Brooke Lyons, the founder & president of ETX Nannies has a life long passion for securing nurturing, loving, and reliable help for the families of East Texas and beyond! Prior to starting ETX Nannies, Brooke was a high profile nanny for multiple celebrity families in Beverly Hills and the Los Angeles area. Now, a mother herself of four children,
Brooke has combined her experience as a high profile nanny and the knowledge of what a mother needs on a daily basis to provide a white glove service to other families. Brooke is passionate about finding that “match made in Heaven” and seeing both families and nannies matched together.
FAMILY PLACEMENT COUNSLER:
Annalise McLain, a small-town girl from outside of Dallas that special touch when it comes to matchmaking! Annalise’s past experience working as a private nanny in Los Angeles equipped her to understand the various needs of busy households. She began her career at East Texas Nannies as a Placement Counselor and oversees our Social Media as well!
As one of our top Placement Counselors, she spends her days to find each of our clients just the right candidate to match their individual needs. She prides herself on providing a thoughtful and costumed approach to matching families and nannies.
OFFICE DOGS:
Pilot and Seazynn, our precious long haired dachshunds, can almost always be found in our office! One of the highlights of our nannies coming for their in person interview is being greeted by all the puppy love.
